Is "Coming Soon" a thought on your mind for your home for the spring 2023 real estate market?
Well, if it is, that is not surprising. The most frequent question I get from homeowners is "When is the best time to list my home for sale?"
Well, the answer to that is really, "When is the best time for you in your life?"
However, if you have the spring 2023 in mind as a time frame... you would want to speak to a trusted real estate agent now to begin your plan of action in order to "Get Ahead of the Line" and the spring market rush.
Did you know that Buyers are in the Market starting on December 30th, 2022, which is considered #BlackFriday of Real Estate? That means that there is a higher number of people looking at homes online on this day than any other time of the year! Believe it or not! Who would have thought right?
The simple action of speaking with a real estate agent early rather than waiting until February or March means that you will have your "For Sale" sign up at the time that you want in the new year. With this proactive plan, you home will go "Under Contract" in the quicker timeframe that you like.
With a trusted agent and a plan of action you will get that home "Sold" in the right time frame that you are looking for this spring.
Please call me anytime if you need advice on how to get your home on the market in the timeframe you would like!
Take action... and Get Ahead of the Line!
