Did you ever wonder if it could be helpful to work with a real estate agent whose work week is fueled from an energy reserve of endorphins?
The result is an energy blitzing powerhouse of activity, all on behalf of the sale or purchase of your home!
If you’re ever up with the newspaper deliveryman, you may catch a glimpse of Lizzy heading to a morning workout so that she can start her day on the right foot.
She is ready to serve others.
Lizzy Conroy is a fitness enthusiast and agent partner with HBC Group Keller Williams McLean. A committed backstory of athleticism, she is a former USA Gymnastics Jr. National team member with notable gymnasts such as Domonique Dawes and Shannon Miller.
Lizzy has a continued desire for excellence through performance that she brings to her business ethic.
Lizzy’s enjoys running, strength training, yoga, Pilates, spinning, golf, tennis and hiking. Is there a sport she does not do? Roller hockey and fencing…but she is open to options.
If an agent is willing to work out at 6:00 in the morning, will they be willing to do the work necessary to sell your home?
Yes!
Lizzy’s personal philosophy of excelling at a given task holds true in both athleticism and in real estate. Lizzy’s endorphin driven approach helps her with the long hours required for paperwork, following up, phone calls and open houses, marketing and meetings.
Nine years ago, Lizzy was approached by Karen Briscoe, Principal of HBC Group Keller Williams to join Karen as a partner of the business at HBC Group. Karen knew Lizzy and her family through their church Trinity United Methodist in McLean. Lizzy, a business enthusiast with a background in commercial real estate and economics, accepted the offer and these ladies and their entire team have been going strong ever since!
Last year, HBC Group celebrated the 40th Year in Business Anniversary with a client-centered Bash and write up in the McLean Connection. After selling 1,500 homes at over 1.5 billion in volume, their proven track record in McLean speaks volumes. From local non-profit help with their ongoing Community Charity Champions, to their involvement with local organizations, schools and sports teams, McLean Project for the Arts and McLean Chamber of Commerce. They love not only serving clients in McLean and throughout the DMV, but they truly care about the community in which they live and work.
Lizzy serves on the board of her neighborhood citizens association – the Chesterbrook Woods Citizens Association and is an active member of the McLean Community. She is also a board member of American Mothers Inc. and a past board member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of the National Capital Area. She is a sustaining member of the Jr. League of Northern Virginia and also a member of the Capital Speakers Club.
